Do You Feel More Than Most?

For those who are born feeling more than most, we have had to learn to protect ourselves more than what others could ever understand. Not in a boorish physical way but in an internal way, although I'm sure most have had to endure physical abuse, just as I have.

But what we are talking about here is the realization that our inner dialog can also protect us. And so with maturity we learn through the ability to feel more, to control our thoughts so that we can learn to control our emotions, and with this we soon realize that the reflection of our outer world also shifts from being a victim to assertiveness.

Being able to feel more has then gifted us an edge and an understanding that not everyone can grasp unless they also choose to feel more.

We started off with feeling more, and noticed so many others who are wounded and scared. Then in wanting to help but forgetting about our own needs, we fell into relationships that were narcissistic in nature, where we tried to heal all outside of us without healing our own minds first. This imbalance created our reality as a victim versus perpetrator world.

Because you feel more, you were pulled into more and because of this, it also gave you an opportunity to become stronger than most with the ability of controlling your own thoughts and emotions. So then 'feeling more' becomes the blessing not the curse. As the gifts that happen due to feeling more means you can also sense things that others are to afraid to face.

You've been through it all and pulled yourself out of the darkest of places. This is something to celebrate, because now whatever is thrown at you, you can handle with grace and ease. Knowing when to walk away, when to look within for the answers, and when to step into the role of being a guide.

You are now ready to create through the vulnerability of loving not only all outside of you but also within you.
