The world is an inside job, if you didn’t like what you saw outside of you, a broken down home, rubbish everywhere, then you would first clear the physical canvas to start again.
Same goes for our minds and actually this will improve your outer world, as you clear out the thoughts you don’t want by giving them less and less attention this then makes room for new neuron behaviours, the ones that you choose to support you, which gifts you a stable mind ready to handle any weather.
Then your new thoughts of self support, no longer grasp for another to convince you of your worth, which frees your energy up to take action towards your goals and therefore you are now creating an outer reality that aligns with your new inner reality. BR
