As we become more and more aware of ourselves through these shifts, what we don't like and what we do. We will find, the only way towards Source Energy, through the intense contrasts of pain and love is to Love thyself more, as to Love thyself is to become LOVE and to become LOVE is to become Source Energy/GOD/Oneness.
